- Facilitation of disability Certificate, Rail concession & bus pass, (UDID) Disability Identity Cards , Other Facilities provided by Govt of State & Central Govt
- Identification & evaluation of disabled by Audiometry, Bera, O.A.E.(O to Accoustic Emissio, I.Q.testing etc.
- According to the Certificate provided the Rail concession form.
- Assessment of need of assistance devices.
- Provided of Aids & Appliances for the Disabled such as Tricycle, Wheel Chair, Calipers, Hearing aids, Ear Mould, Blind Stick, Braille Slate, low Vision Aids, & Artificial limbs, etc. UNDER ADIP SCHME OF GOVT OF INDIA.
- Fitment Services of Aids & Appliances
- Therapeutic services e.g Speech therapy,
- Repair of Aids & Appliances.
- Counseling of Disabled, their parents & family members.
- Diagnostic Camp on Talika level for Survey & Identificaion with disabilities through camp Approach.
- Referral Services for person with Disablility.
- Promotion of barrier free environment
- To provide supportive & complimentary Services to promote eduction, Vocational training & Employment for persons with disablities.
